There’s no point having a sophisticated system without knowing how to get the most out of it. That’s why TMS2 offers all clients ‘train the trainer’ training or optionally can provide on-site training for drivers and operational staff.

On-site training meets client’s local requirements. Staff are removed from normal daily duties only for minimum time periods. The application of the TMS2 system is related to individual client operational practices to aid smooth integration into the business. This allows users to receive training in an operational environment and initiates immediate application of new skills.

At TMS2, the setting-up of a successful, stable operation doesn’t signal our exit. We believe in building long-term partnerships with the power to continually improve supply chain performance.
