process.
• A system is only specified after a thorough analysis of our client’s business,
their KPIs and mode of operation. We discuss requirements in detail, matching
existing systems and future requirements with the system components available.
• A fully costed business case can be prepared, comparing the outlay with the
potential savings from using and acting on the information the system provides.
This can be included in our proposal, illustrating where and how a client will
benefit from an investment in TMS.
• The proposal will be priced as a managed service, incurring a fixed monthly
fee, rather than a large capital outlay.
Implementation planning:
Using our extensive experience of implementing Vehicle Tracking Systems, we can
tailor a system to a client’s precise needs, ensuring clients get the best
performance possible. We’ll conduct an analysis of a sample site and their
requirements prior to specifying the system.
The information we gather through the initial analysis allows us to design,
develop and test a solution perfectly suited to an organisation. Our refined
procedures ensure that, by the time the system is ready to implement, every
aspect of the system will be fit for purpose.
All details are discussed and agreed with clients prior to the commencement of a
project. Meetings will be held to validate progress of the project against the
implementation plan, whilst pre-implementation sessions are designed to generate
awareness of objectives amongst the client’s onsite team.
Implementation process:
The vehicle installation process is designed to be as easy as possible for a
client’s business. We arrange a time and a place that’s most convenient to
current operations and least disruptive to the fleet. Our technicians will
discuss the positioning of the equipment within the cab for optimum safety, ease
and efficiency of use. Random checks are also made to ensure that the quality of
installation is of a consistently high standard.
